The time we need to prepare an order for shipping/delivery (outside Uganda) is up to 3 business days. Kindly note that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes and each has its own terms.

Your order will be sent direct from our workshop and you will receive a notification email with tracking details when it is dispatched.

We work with DHL because they’re consistently reliable when it comes to reaching the rest of the world from Kampala.

Please be aware that customs and import duties, including VAT or equivalent sales taxes, may be applied to your order when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
