    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:

    • You must initiate a return or exchange request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • After initiating the request, you must ship the product back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    • It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  4. Exchange Process:

    • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please indicate your preference when initiating the exchange request.
    • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
    • If the requested item is not available, we will provide you with the option of choosing an alternative product or receiving a refund.
  5. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.
    • Aloo Leather & Decor is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
  6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
